Beef and tofu

9 months

Ingredients

1 Boiled egg - Yolk only
Avocado - 5 teaspoons
garlic - a small piece
Beef gravy baby food
Tofu - a 3x3 piece
Cheese
Olive oil

Method:

1) Heat oilve oil in a pan
2) Add the garlic. Roast till aromatic.
3) Add Beef gravy.
4) Fry for few seconds.
5) Add avocado.
6) Add cheese.
6) Grind the beef gravy with egg , and tofu

For the sweet love of lentils

8 months

Ingredients:

Lentils- Split yellow peas - a handful - cooked and mashed
Shredded coconut - 2 teaspoons
Formula - 1 ounce
Gerber Fruit to taste
Ghee - few drops

Method:

1) Heat ghee in a pan
2) Add the cooconut and roast till aromatic
3) Add cooked lentils
4) Add formula , and stir well.
5) Add gerber fruit to give sweetness.
6) Switch off , allow to cool ,and grind to paste

Pink Paradise - Beetroot Sweet

Ingredients:

Beetroot - 1
Gerbere banana - 3 teaspoons.
Formula / breast milk - 3 ounces
Ghee - few drops
cardamom - 1

Method:

1) Heat ghee in a pan.
2) Add a broken cardamom. Wait till aromatic
3) Cut beetroot into tiny pieces, add to pan.
4) Keep roasting till the beetroot pieces are well coated with ghee.
5) Add half of the milk, stir for a few minutes , and allow the beets to cook in the milk
6) When the milk has evaporated, add the remaing milk , and cook for few minutes
7) Switch off. Allow to cool.
8) Add a few teaspoons of gerber banana.
9) Remove the cardamom , and grind to paste.

Mango Avocado Chutney

8 months

Ingredients

Olive oil
Garlic - 1 clove
Curry leaves - 1
Mango puree
Avocado - 6 tsp


Method

Soak garlic and curry leaf in oilive oil for about 15 minutes
when the flavours are soaked in the oil, add it to mango puree , avocado and grind till a smooth
paste is formed

Exotic Hummus

8 months

Ingredients

Olive oil
garlic - 1/2 clove
chickpeas - about 10-15 ( boiled )
lemon juice
mango puree

Method

Grind the chickpeas with olive oil and garlic till a smooth paste is formed
Add a drop of lemon juice.
Stir in mango puree.

Raisin Ricotta mousse

7 1/2 months

Ricotta cheese
raisin - about 10
butter

Method

In a muffin pan, smear butter , add ricotta cheese.
bake at 350 for 3-5 minutes, till you get a soft cake.
Soak it in breats milk or formula for an hour in the refrigerator.
Grind raisins with some milk till fine , add the soaked ricotta cheese.
Grind well till you get a smooth consistency.

Spinach Dip

8 months

Ingredients

Chopped Spinach - 4 tsp
Coconut milk - 6 tsp
Cumin powder - a pinch
Cheese - as much as you want

Method.

Microwave spinach for 4 minutes on high
Make a paste
Mix coconut milk , cumin powder.
Sprinkle cheese and microwave till cheese melts
Mix well.

Rice Coconut pudding

8 months

Ingredients

Raw rice - 1 tbsp
Coconut milk - 6 tsp
Egg yolk - 1
Ghee/Butter
Fruit puree / apple juice

Method

Soak raw rice in water overnight.
Drain rice and grind it with egg , juice , coconut milk, till a smooth watery batter is made.
In a shallow bowl, smear some butter , pour the batter and microwave on high for 40 seconds
Soft fluffy pudding is ready

Chicken Dip

8 months

Ingredients

Chicken - a 1 inch cooked piece without bones
White sauce
Avcado - 6 tsp
Coconut milk - 6 tsp

Method

Grind chicken , coconut milk and avocado till a smooth paste is formed.
Now add the white sauce and grind again for a few seconds.
Lip smacking chicken dip is ready to be served.

Tofu Yougurt Fruit smoothie

7 months

Ingredients

Tofu , a 2 by 2 piece
Yogurt
Fruit puree

Method

Grind all the ingredients till tofu is completely pureed.

White sauce

7 1/2 months

Ingredients

All purpose flour - 1 tsp
Brst milk - 3 oz
Olive oil/Butter
Cheese

Method

Heat a sauce pan , add olive oil/butter , add all purpose flour
fry for few seconds till light brown.
Add the milk, remove from flame and stir till there are no lumps.
Put back on flame on low. stir till the desired consistency is reached.
Remove from flame and add cheese.

Semolina cake

7 1/2 months

Ingredients

1 ounce semolina
4 ounce breast milk
Banana Puree
Saffron strands.
elaichi powder
ghee

Method

Roast semolina till light brown
Heat pan , add milk , saffron strands , elaichi powder, when milks boils add semolina and mix well.
Keep stirring for 2-3 minutes
Stir in some banana puree.
Top it with a dollop of ghee.

Banana Bread Pudding

- 7 months

Ingredients:

Breast milk/Formula
Banana Puree
White Bread
1 Egg yolk

Method:

Beat egg yolk , add milk and banana puree to it.
Remove sides of bread , add it to mixture and beat well.
Microwave for 1 minute
