Raisin Ricotta mousse

7 1/2 months

Ricotta cheese
raisin - about 10
butter

Method

In a muffin pan, smear butter , add ricotta cheese.
bake at 350 for 3-5 minutes, till you get a soft cake.
Soak it in breats milk or formula for an hour in the refrigerator.
Grind raisins with some milk till fine , add the soaked ricotta cheese.
Grind well till you get a smooth consistency.
