Rice Coconut pudding

8 months

Ingredients

Raw rice - 1 tbsp
Coconut milk - 6 tsp
Egg yolk - 1
Ghee/Butter
Fruit puree / apple juice

Method

Soak raw rice in water overnight.
Drain rice and grind it with egg , juice , coconut milk, till a smooth watery batter is made.
In a shallow bowl, smear some butter , pour the batter and microwave on high for 40 seconds
Soft fluffy pudding is ready
